1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or integrating Lushai Dev APIs, payment pipelines (PhonePey), messaging gateways (WAPI), or online developer utilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable API Use Policy
You agree not to use our REST endpoints or messaging infrastructure for unsolicited marketing, illegal activities, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing rate limits. Violations will result in immediate revocation of API keys and blacklisting of originating IP addresses.
3. PhonePey & UPI Direct Settlements
PhonePey facilitates automated generation of NPCI dynamic QR codes and UTR verification webhooks. Lushai Dev operates as a technical reconciliation layer and does not hold customer funds in custody; all funds settle directly to your designated bank account.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lushai Dev strives for 99.9% uptime across all public endpoints and cloud infrastructure. We are not liable for incidental downtime arising from upstream telecom outages, bank gateway maintenance, or third-party socket interruptions.
